Private Mould Development
DK Composite have a professional R&D team who can design and develop the private moulds of carbon rims, frames, spokes and other carbon composite parts for you, the only thing you need to do is to share your ideas with us, then we will handle the rest for you from drawing designs, mould developments, sample tests, mass production etc.
Following are our general carbon rim private mould development processes for your reference:
