New Logo Laser Engraving Technology on Carbon Bicycle Rim
DK Composite had developed a new laser engraving machine especially for carbon bicycle rim and carbon spoke, with logo laser engraving directly on the products, there is no need to make any stickers, papers or water decal logos on the products, which can save the cost and production time greatly, and the quality of the product and logo also been improved.
Ⅰ.The advantages of laser engraving logos:
-1)Save the production time and cost. (traditional production process requires painting, baking and water decal transfer on the rim, which takes several hours to produce).
-2)Enhance the product and logo quality.(for example, for carbon rim, just raw/paintless rim can laser the logo on it, actual carbon fiber texture is visible, better carbon rim visual effect, without painting and sticker, there is no risk that the logo will be cracked, misused or damaged.)
-3)Reduce the product weights.(Just raw finish products can laser the logo, which means the paints and stickers weights can be saved, with laser engraving, a thin layer of product surface will be taken off, which can save a bit weight too.)

Ⅲ.Laser Engraving Process/Technology:
-1)Send us your logo artwork in DXF. of CAD format, our engineer will enter your logo drawing into the computer, adjust to correct dimension and position and start to engrave.
-2)If you don't have the logo artwork or don't have the ability or resource to design, our R&D team will help to design it for you for free, just tell us your idea.
